Sidney Coupet, DO, MPH, MHS.
Dr. Sidney Coupet is a world-renowned, Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with over ten years of experience providing primary and preventative care to ethnically and linguistically diverse patients.
Dr. Coupet provides comprehensive healthcare services that include treatment of acute medical conditions, chronic disease management, wound care, behavioral health services, and wellness care for complex patients.
Additionally, Dr. Coupet provides high-level care coordination for patients discharged from hospitals and other facilities who must maintain active communication with their specialists.
With a background in Public Health, Dr. Coupet understands social factors that may influence the health or healthcare of the individuals he serves. Dr. Coupet’s expertise provides people in the community with the highest-quality diagnostic and treatment services to gain insight into their overall health and healthcare. He does all of this while reducing their overall healthcare cost burden. Cassandra Jackson is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience and over 20 years of case management expertise.
She has served diverse populations across a wide range of healthcare settings, bringing a patient-centered and culturally responsive approach to care.
Her clinical background includes primary care, wound care, and weight management, with a strong focus on improving health outcomes through education, care coordination, and evidence-based practice.
